Cancellation Policy
“If, after classes, workshops, tutoring, academic leveling, and/or reinforcement have begun, the Student or their Parents decide to withdraw from these programs, the Society will not be obligated to provide a partial or full refund. Therefore, the contracted services must be paid for in full, under the terms and conditions stipulated in this Contract.”
“If the Student or their Parents withdraw from the contracted service within twenty-four (24) days of signing this Contract, they may be eligible for a fifty percent (50%) refund from the Society, provided they submit documentation justifying their decision.”
” Paragraph – Early Withdrawal of the Student
“Parents or guardians who, for any reason, need to withdraw a student are obligated to notify the Society in writing at least sixty (60) days in advance. In the event of early withdrawal, the Society will not refund any sums paid by the parents or guardians.”
