Continued use of the Services after the amendment’s effective date will signify acceptance of the changes. Amendments to the Privacy Policy are effective 10 business days after notice is provided.

  3. Independent Contractors

The Parties are independent contractors and will not represent themselves as agents or employees of the other. Neither Party may bind the other in any way.

  4. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of this Agreement will be effective unless it is in writing and signed by the Party granting the waiver. A failure to exercise or delay in exercising any rights under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver, nor does a partial exercise of any rights preclude further exercise of any other rights.

  5. Force Majeure

Neither Party shall be held liable for any delay or failure to perform their obligations under this Agreement if such delay or failure results from events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorist attacks, pandemics, government-imposed restrictions, labor disputes, cyber-attacks, or widespread internet outages. 2. The Exhibits as of the Effective Date, and
    3. Other referenced documents, including additional policies listed at https://worldschooly.com/terms.
  11. Equitable Relief

Both Parties agree that a breach of obligations under Section 14 – Confidential Information or Section 3(n) – Access by Hosts – Use Restrictions could cause irreparable harm, and monetary damages would not be an adequate remedy. The non-breaching Party will be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief without the need to post a bond or prove actual damages.

  12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the Parties, superseding any previous discussions, communications, or agreements. Neither Party is relying on any prior communication that is not included in this Agreement.

7. Cancellation Policies

Worldschooly allows each host to define their own cancellation policy to best suit their program’s needs. Hosts are responsible for setting and clearly displaying their cancellation policy on their hub page, ensuring transparency and flexibility for both the host and participants.

Deposits paid directly to Worldschooly are refundable. If a family cancels, they may contact us directly to request a refund of the deposit collected through Worldschooly.

8. Managing Listings

Worldschooly reserves the right to modify or remove any listings that do not comply with platform guidelines. We may make adjustments to titles, grammar, or formatting to enhance the visibility and appeal of your listings within the marketplace. In cases of non-compliance, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform.

9. Fee Changes

Worldschooly reserves the right to change its service fee or fee structure. Any changes will be communicated to Hosts via the website or email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after any fee changes take effect constitutes the Host’s agreement to the new rates.
