They have been traveling full-time since 2018 and have organized previous worldschooling gatherings in multiple destinations. Their role includes coordinating activities, facilitating group connections, and organizing communication through platforms such as WhatsApp and private groups.

This program takes place throughout the city of Barcelona, Spain. Activities are spread across various locations including public spaces, cultural sites, and workshop venues. Families are responsible for arranging their own accommodations and transportation within the city.
