The retreat is based in a resort in Bad Gastein, a mountain town in Austria known for alpine scenery and thermal spa culture. Accommodation options include studio apartments and multi-bedroom suites designed for families. The property includes shared amenities such as indoor pools, wellness areas with saunas and steam rooms, fitness facilities, coworking spaces, and recreation areas like game rooms and bowling. Cancellation Policy

A €250 per person deposit is required at booking and becomes non-refundable after April 10, 2026. The remaining balance is due by May 10, 2026 (120 days before the retreat). Refunds on the remaining balance vary by timing: full refund if canceled more than 120 days prior, decreasing to 50% (91–120 days), 25% (61–90 days), and up to 10% (31–60 days), with no refunds within 30 days of the start date. Bookings are only secured once full payment is received if made after the final payment deadline.

What's Included

The program includes accommodation based on the selected room, access to resort facilities, and participation in scheduled group activities. Entry to planned excursions and group transportation are provided, along with a regional transit card. Families also receive access to shared communication channels and group spaces for coworking and socializing. Some childcare and kids’ club access is available at the resort. Meals, travel to the destination, and optional add-on activities are not included.
