A small, nature-based worldschooling hub in Kampot, Cambodia, for traveling families seeking community, rhythm, and real-life learning. Our gatherings focus on outdoor play, shared experiences, child-led exploration, and creating a supportive, relaxed environment for both children and adults.

Meet the Team

Melissa
Melissa is a long-time educator, yoga teacher, and community facilitator with a background in early childhood, prenatal and family support. She brings a calm, inclusive approach to worldschooling, with an emphasis on rhythm, nervous-system regulation, and learning through real life. Melissa facilitates the hubs and holds space for both children and adults to feel supported and at ease.

Maddy
Maddy co-hosts the hub and supports the day-to-day flow of the space. He brings a grounded, practical presence and enjoys creating welcoming environments where families can relax, connect, and feel at home. Maddy supports logistics, shared meals, and community care throughout the hub.

Together, we are parents ourselves and host the Kampot Worldschooling Hub as a family-centered space rooted in connection, simplicity, and time in nature.

Venue Details

The Kampot Worldschooling Hub takes place in a peaceful, nature-based setting in Kampot, Cambodia. The space is surrounded by greenery and water, offering a calm environment where children can move freely and families can settle into a relaxed daily rhythm.

The venue includes open areas for gathering, creative activities, and shared meals, with plenty of outdoor space for play and exploration. The atmosphere is informal and welcoming, designed to feel more like a community space than a classroom. Families are able to come and go easily, follow their own pace, and spend time both together and independently.

The setting supports a balance of connection and quiet, making it well suited for learning through real life, nature, and shared experience.

Cancellation Policy

We ask families to commit with care, as spaces are limited. Refunds or credits are available for cancellations made at least 14 days before the hub begins. Cancellations closer to the start date are generally non-refundable, though we’re happy to explore alternatives when possible.
