We attended this pop-up hub and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience.

Accommodations:
– Severely misrepresented. Missing basic kitchen items, no window coverings (we had to use sofa cushions and were later given cardboard), leaking sinks, and constant noise from barking dogs and construction.

– Beds were unsanitary—no sheets for kids, just scratchy throws. We had to buy our own linens.

– Overheated mezzanine with inadequate fans.

Amenities & Program:
– No on-site food despite promises of a daily menu. The “parents’ lounge” was just instant coffee in an unventilated room.

– Pool closed for days and left dirty.

– Staff left abruptly without explanation, upsetting the children.

– An aggressive stray dog was allowed to roam freely.

Deposit Practices:
– No inventory list provided, but we were still charged €500 for items never proven missing.

– Host tried to charge us for high value items that didn’t exist

– Despite repeated requests, no signed agreement copy was provided.

Misleading Reviews:
Many Google reviews appear fake or duplicated, creating a false sense of trust.

Why We Stayed:
We stayed only because our child finally made friends after months out of school.

This experience was stressful, costly, and emotionally draining. Please be cautious: get recent unfiltered reviews, request photos of the exact accommodation, clarify refund and deposit terms, and trust your instincts.

No family deserves to go through this.
