Meet the Team
At the heart of the Guanacaste Children’s Community Center (GCCC) is a dedicated and diverse team committed to nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning. Our core teaching staff includes three full-time Costa Rican educators with university degrees and backgrounds in early childhood and elementary education. Fully bilingual and trained in Montessori-inspired methods, they bring a wealth of experience, compassion, and creativity to the classroom, ensuring every child feels supported and encouraged. Complementing our teaching team is an administrative group of four adults from Canada, who expertly manage technology, operations, and administration, ensuring the center runs smoothly. In addition, GCCC welcomes a dynamic roster of facilitators, each specializing in areas like STEM, art, cooking, and summer camp programs. These experts bring fresh perspectives and engaging workshops to enrich our students’ experiences, creating a vibrant, well-rounded community of learning and growth.

The Guanacaste Children’s Community Center (GCCC) is located in the tranquil La Garita Huacas area of Guanacaste, Costa Rica, just 15 minutes away from stunning nearby beaches. Our campus seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor environments, surrounded by lush greenery that connects children and families to nature. Naturally lit, air-conditioned classrooms and co-working spaces provide a comfortable and focused learning environment, while open-concept recreational areas foster community and collaboration. Outdoor play zones, an onsite pool, and proximity to nature ensure plenty of opportunities for active exploration. Additional amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and onsite laundry, make GCCC a practical, welcoming space for education and community activities, all in a setting close to the beauty of Costa Rica’s coastline.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy at GCCC
At the Guanacaste Children’s Community Center (GCCC), we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel enrollment or participation in any of our programs, we are happy to apply a credit to your account for future use. This credit can be used for tuition, after-school activities, camps, or other programs offered at GCCC. Please note that we do not provide cash refunds. Credits must be utilized within one year of issuance and are non-transferable. For cancellations, we kindly ask for at least two weeks’ notice to allow us to accommodate other families. What's Included
At the Guanacaste Children’s Community Center (GCCC), we offer flexible and affordable tuition options to suit the needs of every family. Full-time enrollment (8:30 AM – 2:30 PM) is available for just $400 per month, while part-time options include 2.5 days per week or mornings only (8:30 AM – 11:30 AM) for $200 per month. Families can also opt into our morning snack and lunch program for $35 per week, providing nutritious and delicious meals prepared onsite. For added enrichment, after-school activities are available and can be booked per class or on a monthly basis, giving children opportunities to explore their interests in a supportive and fun environment.
