Meet the Team

Valencia Forest School is co-directed by Laura Martín and Alison White, both highly qualified educators with extensive experience in Forest School methodologies and bilingual education. Laura holds a Level 3 Certificate for Forest School Leaders, a C2 Proficiency in Cambridge English, and a Master’s in Secondary Education. Alison brings expertise as a certified Forest School Leader, holding advanced first aid certifications and a PGCE in secondary education. Together, they lead a dedicated team of guides committed to fostering children’s personal, emotional, and academic growth through immersive outdoor learning experiences.

Venue Details

Set in the lush Parque de Cabecera and Parque San Vicente in Valencia, the school’s “classroom without walls” offers children the freedom to explore and learn in nature. The natural surroundings, including forests and open spaces, provide an ideal environment for self-directed learning, fostering creativity, problem-solving, and resilience. Sessions are held outdoors year-round, promoting physical and emotional well-being. The venue also features facilities for siesta time, ensuring a balanced, restorative daily routine for participants.
