Building Trust Through Honest Experiences
At Worldschooly, we believe that every worldschooling experience is an opportunity for growth, and creating a respectful space helps make that possible. Below are our guidelines to ensure the integrity of the reviews and content shared on our platform.
For Families Leaving a Review:
We value authentic, thoughtful reviews that help others understand the experience at your worldschooling hub. Here are a few tips for leaving a helpful review:
Personal Experience: Share your firsthand experience from the hub. Focus on what you or your child experienced directly, rather than hearsay or opinions from others. Be specific and avoid sweeping judgments. For example: “The instructors were patient and kind, making the learning experience enjoyable for my child,” is experience-based, while “This hub is terrible!” is opinion-based and not helpful.
Accuracy: Be honest and accurate in your review. Don’t exaggerate or misrepresent the experience. We expect you to stand behind your review, and we do not take sides in factual disputes.
Review Updates: If you want to add something new to a previous review, kindly message us at [email protected] to request an edit.
Responding to Reviews: Hosts are given the opportunity to respond to any review, which will be appended to the review. Both sides deserve to be heard, and at Worldschooly, we remain neutral in disputes. Our goal is to maintain transparency and respect for all.
For Hosts Listing hubs on Worldschooly:
Occasionally, you may encounter a review that you disagree with or believe is inaccurate. Here’s how we handle such situations:
Review Disputes: If a review contains content that doesn’t align with our Posting Policy (e.g., personal attacks or baseless claims), we may ask the reviewer to rewrite it or edit it to comply with our guidelines. For example, phrases like “Everyone here is rude!” would be flagged as they don’t reflect direct experience.
Responding to Reviews: Hosts are encouraged to respond to reviews if needed. Simply click reply under the review you wish to respond to.
Request for Removal: If your hub is closing or you are no longer offering sessions, you may request your profile be removed from our site. This request must include documentation to confirm the change in status. However, negative reviews are not a sole reason for profile removal. We maintain transparency for families, and verified reviews are critical to creating a trusted community.
For All Users of Worldschooly:
We expect all content on Worldschooly to be respectful and appropriate. Here are a few additional guidelines:
Inappropriate Content: Keep discussions respectful. Threats, harassment, hate speech, and bigotry are not tolerated.
Outside Links & Contact Info: Please don’t post external links or personal contact information in your listings. Families can contact you directly through our platform.
Conflicts of Interest: Reviews should be unbiased. Don’t review your own hub, your employer’s hub, or hubs where you have a vested interest.
Promotional Content: Worldschooly is not a space for marketing unrelated services. Keep the content focused on worldschooling hubs and reviews.
Relevance: Keep reviews relevant to the hub experience. This isn’t the place for political rants, employment complaints, or unrelated issues.
Privacy: Don’t post close-up photos or videos of others without their permission.
Intellectual Property: Ensure that all content you post, whether text, photos, or videos, is your own creation.
Demanding Payment: Reviews should not be used as leverage to demand payment or refunds.
