This is heart-filled program with highly-competent leaders who care deeply about the kids, are incredibly hard-working and dependable, and great at keeping flow of communication moving with families, open to feedback and responsive. In 4-hours a day M-Th, they provide a wide variety of enrichment to all ages, and the community as a whole is very easy going, connected and supportive to one another.

After an initial positive impression things went downhill and the red flags started piling up while communication from the leaders was dismissive of issues brought up and extremely manipulative with thousands of dollars in refunds withheld from many families. A very distressing experience for many as this hub was not delivered as advertised and had many serious health & safety, planning and communication issues that were severely mishandled by the leaders which caused majority of families to leave with no refunds and publish an open letter that detailed some of the issues they experienced and revealed the teacher’s felony criminal record.
